MEET OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The affairs of Reachout Ministries are governed by the following board of directors.
DR. EDUARD WEISS
PHD, THM, MC, RCC
Ed has been working with youth and young adults for over 39 years. Ed founded Reachout Youth Ministries, a non-profit organization that provides counseling and supportive care to young people struggling to navigate through the challenges of an extended adolescent journey. Ed’s community contributions include his role in establishing The House (support and care for the young adult community), as well as being one of the founding directors of Third Space Life Charity in 2012. He works with Third Space Life Charity (Student Care Program). Ed is certified as a Psychotherapist with British Columbia Association of Clinical Counselors. Ed’s practice is built on providing people a caring, safe presence and place to explore.
MARCI WEISS
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Marci has worked along side Ed managing the administrative responsibilities of Reachout Youth Ministries since its inception. Together, Marci and Ed have ministered to youth in many countries around the world. Marci’s history of coaching athletes as well as being a Manager with Westjet has given her the opportunity to influence many young people to be their best.
WADE WEBB
DIRECTOR, BOARD MEMBER
As a professional communicator, trainer, author, and coach, Wade brings a wealth of knowledge and inspiration to our team. Wade is also a broker/owner for Royal LePage Kelowna.
SCOTT LANIGAN
DIRECTOR, BOARD MEMBER
Scott has the capacity to wear many hats. He has worked in various positions as a human resource director. He has traveled internationally as a motivational speaker. Having worked with youth for 15 years, Scott brings an understanding of young people that is valuable.
KEITH WITT
DIRECTOR, BOARD MEMBER
Keith has a love for God and a heart for young people to experience an authentic and transforming relationship with God. Keith also works for Royal LePage as a realtor.
